Having a listening ear to issues of the customers and providing timely feedback, suggestions and action plan facilitate customers in meeting their schedules and targets. The key personnel are available to our customers 24/7 for immediate response and discussions.

Daily Reports We provide our customers with daily report on the production of their parts. A laboratory report denoting analysis and result of the tests conducted on their parts is also included.
Communications Channels We always maintain close contact via various channels with our customers at all working levels to ensure the same information are available to different parties within the production cycle.
Site Visits Key personnel from the customers are always invited on site to understand and review the production process to improve efficiency and enhanced understanding.
